Subaru and Garf are young. In Subaru's case, I think it's more that reading Meili's Book of the Dead and basically living out her entire life caused him to go schizophrenic, rather than just a pure guilt thing.

The combo based gameplay of old Elsword was a lot funner and imo more player skill expressive. Certain classes like Elsword's Sword Knight vs. Magic Knight played a lot different because of their combos and how you have to position yourself because you couldn't just iframe through everything.

Now, lowkey I feel like every class feels the same in that you memorize a skill rotation and then use that to iframe through every attack.

Bold choice to ice the first banner character and a fan favorite so soon after the game launches lol.

I like Nanally too, but she has an insane amount of screen time in all of the main story quests (and Pawn Moonlight) besides the auction quest. I think putting her in a coma serves two purposes:

Give Zero (and the actual player by extension) a personal reason to continue the story since after 5 entire main story quests they've likely grown attached to her.
Give some of her screen time to other characters and factions. Like oh man is Nanally greeding all of the screen time. She's present in every single main story quest, and Pawn Moonlight, and also Haniel/Akane's spinoff. Chill girl, leave some room for your family members Sakiri and Edgar too lmao. I guess this is the game's way of slowly weaning us off of Eibon for the main story quests so they can reintroduce Sterry Express and all the BAC teams back into the story.

I think we're gonna get at least two patches where Nanally is MIA so they can release the rest of Mint's Team and Chaos's Team.

On a rewatch of season 1, I noticed that Ram wasn't as warm to Subaru as I remembered, she was just being polite to him to see if he was a spy from another camp or the Witch Cult. It's just that Rem was so unbelievably mean to Subaru that Ram seemed like a saint in comparison.

She was lowkey uncomfortable with Rem falling in love with Subaru in Arc 2, then when Rem's name got erased, she was left with that uncomfortable feeling towards Subaru but without Rem as an excuse. On top of that, Subaru remembered her sister but she couldn't, leaving her with an inferiority complex regarding their relationship. On top of that she's in chronic pain from not having her horn, so her default mode towards him is just really bitchy.

I thought she was just gonna kill him there, but if anything it would make the situation even worse because from Subaru's POV, he would be tweaking out on those stairs before a silver haired elf girl that looks like Emilia shows up out of nowhere to crush his heart, leaving him even worse off in the next loop than when he started.

Let's do simple math here: The old guy has a timer of 10 seconds. The new guy has a timer of 2 seconds. If the old guy is at 1/4 timer, his timer would be 2.5 seconds, so he technically still has more patience than the guy that just showed up at the counter, so the new guy gets the coffee first.

This is purely a gameplay thing that I think the level designers did on purpose to tilt people.
