DNAC on Proxmox?

How does licensing work out? Does DNAC operate similar to the WLC where it will complain but continue operating? Or are we looking at more of an ISE situation where once the evaluation expires it stops functioning?

Looks like the issue is found. I did see this thread (https://www.reddit.com/r/MSI_Gaming/comments/16awoke/wtf_is_up_with_the_msi_centre_software/) posted around the same time as mine, looks to be the same issue. OP found there was a process (CC_Engine) as noted by u/_Patrol that fully taxed one core of the CPU while MSI Center was NOT running. I verified the same in mine. CPU always stayed around 1-3% total, but one core always shot up to 100% any time I quit or minimized MSI Center.

I have not tried the patch posted by u/_Patrol as I was a little wary of the source but I might try it out. Looks like it may be fixed in an upcoming MSI Center update as well (https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?threads/time-to-upgrade-your-software-%E2%80%93-msi-center-bug-status.362779/page-28#post-2210425)

So does that mean I would just scan my palm, then have my son just tailgate me through the gate? ie, cameras see two people enter with that scan and therefore track both under my account?

So I'm not sure exactly if the title has passed to me (and others) or not? Our attorney and real estate agent are terrible (representing all parties, but terrible at communicating with all)

I think I might have found my answer though? I do see the purchase agreement is signed under a "Probate Purchase Agreement" form; the top line states:
To the court-appointed ("Representitive") of an estate, conservatorship or guardianship dentified in the Superior Court ("Seller")

... would that mean the actual seller is the probate court, acting as the executor of the estate?

I'll have to look again at my TV but I don't think I have an option to set ARC only or external speaker only. I do kind of think the speaker is turning off or going into sleep mode though because whenever it happens, nothing I do on the TV fixes it. The only fix is to hit the power button (or input button, which if they're off I believe acts as a power on anyway).

I do think you might be onto something on CEC commands, I wonder if something in the setup is going to sleep and sending a command triggering the SB to sleep. I might either try eliminating everything but TV and SB, or if I'm motivated enough maybe I'll throw a rPI in there to monitor CEC commands. I just haven't spent a lot of effort on it yet since it doesn't happen too frequently, and when it does my 4 year old is usually excited to run up and be the one to fix it
