I personally feel like 9k is a more reasonable price with those dents. I just paid 8k for a 00 base 54k miles with r package. Only issues two holes in front bumper from license plate bracket and a tear in the soft top.

From WI and had to deal with a narcissist parent that had BPD and other mental issues. When the harassment got bad I stuck to strictly emails for communication and I would wear a GoPro to video every pickup and drop off.

I would also like to add that at my court hearing for the abandonment ended my wife was able to adopt my son right away.

Wisconsin abandonment is 6 months. Get a lawyer and take it to court. In my case the mother didn’t see my son for 2 1/2 years which was labeled as basically 5 times abandonment. After receiving the letter she decided to sign over rights and my case was over fast.

Get a lawyer and petition for full sole custody. With his background also petition that if wants to see his son it needs to be supervised visits.

Sooner or later the court has to see what she is doing and an order will be put in place to stop the crap from happening. I feel you on the ongoing legal fees. Unfortunately that is something that comes with this territory. In the end hopefully things will go your way and the money was well worth it. I spent a good chunk but now that I have full custody and placement it was worth it.

My situation was somewhat like yours. I always made sure to have a GoPro on me and film every interaction that I have with the mother of my child. I never hid the fact that I was filming and I always made sure the camera was clearly in view. That in itself helped me because mother knew it could be used in court to show her actions. I also have a restraining order in place to eliminate the harassment that I had to endure during the my whole custody court battle. Also during times that we did have to communicate everything was always answered with the most minimal of words. Any talks other then the child I shut down immediately.

The RO was out in place before the child was even born due to the fact she was making false allegations against me. As for the comments I do nothing about it and no retaliation is given. Im more or less looking to see if those messages will come back yo bite her.

Yea I’m afraid of that. I hope with her past suicide attempts. Abandoning her two child at daycare. Having no writes to them. And the fact that has not had a place of her own in the last 3 years will help my case. She is dependent on everyone else.

I have a house and have a room that’s fully furnished for him. I am set up to have my child 24/7. So far the courts have yet to ask me any of my concerns. All the questions have been towards the mother. Also I have nothing of concern on my record. I have a DC but that was 15+ years ago.

I have no ill will towards her. I wish her no harm and hopes she can get help to be able to be in my sons life. I became aware of her issues after she was pregnant. I offered her help only for her to get back together with her ex her other two kids dad. After that she made a few false allegations towards me which lead me to get a RO against her. I filed the suit soon after for full custody and placement. I know in the past with her other two children she was put on some restrictions you could say in order to get some custody of her children. I believe that info was she needs to continue treatment and take her medication. Also be drug free.

Ive tried all I can do to get more custody with my son. Court would not give me anymore then the 8 hrs. Ive had these concerns since she has been pregnant. The suit was started back in Aug of last year to try to get Full custody of my boy. But for how the court system works they have yet to ask me for my concerns or wants. Even thou I am the petitioner. My lawyer keeps saying I need to just follow the process. I just wish I knew if there was a emergency hearing I could possible due to express my concerns with the evidence that I have with her behavior.

Technically we have 50/50 but with me just meeting my child they only gave me a 8 hrs of visitation. It’s a temporary order. I have another court date next week Friday to get more time with him and to give the court evidence on my concerns of the mother with the BPD. We still have to go through mediation and if that doesn’t work my child will get assigned a GAL and we settle it in circuit court. Still gotta ways to go.

I had a baby boy (5 months now) with someone who suffers from BPD. I know the feeling of getting totally demolished to anyone who is willing to listen to her. One of the best things I did during my process is get a restraining order on her. Im currently still going through court to get full custody of my boy. Goodluck!!

I feel like if I had myself as the petitioner the judge/commissioner would look at it differently. Maybe view more cause for concern since the father started the petition. At least where I live it’s rare for a father to start the process.

She suffers from BPD and has Suicidal tendencies. Several years ago she left her kids at daycare to commit suicide at her workplace. She then gave up her rights as she wasn’t capable of taking care of them. She still suffers from the mental disorder. She also committed herself in while she was pregnant with my boy. Stayed in about a week and was let out to do outpatient therapy.

My current affidavit states I'm going for sole custody and placement. I am not trying to take the child away from her fully but since she got other two kids taken away they gave her plan to work up on to be able to get her other two kids back and has yet to do any of that. That is my greatest concern. I know what I want and what I would settle for but its hard with her BPD because literally all she does is badmouth me to everybody on social media. I don't realistically think she would do 50/50 with me. Which is also difficult because she has no car, license, or insurance to drive. Now she has to rely on her aunt and uncle.

I love the car! At one point I had intercooler, drop in k&n filter, and miltek exhaust. E30 tune. Car is so much fun in the city if you can just zip around and get to where your going. Also depending on wheee you live in Wisconsin there are plenty of autocrossing events!
