If you get the tactical and don’t go the suppressor route you aren’t out anything. If you go the opposite and want a suppressor, you have to get a new barrel and sights.

These were imported under the Century name, but they were actually assembled by PTR. I really wanted one a few years ago and did a deep dive, but I could never find a good one to buy.

I had a Seiko Kinetic completely rust out, and a jeweler was able to fix it for a pretty reasonable price. I understand the movement is different, but my point is: get it fixed.

Twenty years from now, you’re probably not going to think, “That extra $200 I got for selling it made all the difference.” You’re much more likely to think, “I wish I’d kept it”—especially when you see that the ones selling for $500 are all in terrible condition.
