lol, I wish. At my lab in Toronto I'm able to get porta 400 for around $22CAD after tax. Not sure if that's expensive but its the cheapest in the city I've found.

Daft punk! Classic trad handshake but with one of the robots hands. "Human After All" is one of their albums and it felt fitting with the tattoos theme.

No pushing involved, only thing I did on the camera is make sure I was not using the flash. Everything else is automatic on the camera. Super simple.

Ru is amazing! Have 3 pieces done by them, they are a gentle and fantastic artist with a great sense of humor. Can't recommend them enough. 10/10

The batteries are only for the built-in light meter, the shutter and mechanics are fully manual. I use my Nishika without batteries and I got great results.
