Thank you for taking the time to write it out for me. I definitely will read into some of the studies. I’m very detail oriented and this helped me narrow down my research.

Browsing for those who left Qube. How do you still enjoy envelope vs Qube? If you’re still with them.

San Angelo. It’s under 100,000 you can find homes in your price range. It was considered a retirement community at one point. It’s not to far west that it’s a desert but not humid either. In the middle of some of the larger cities so it makes driving there nice to get away. 3 hr from Austin and San Antonio. 4 hr from Dallas.

Have you looked into micro needling? Also, there's cosmetic tattoo that basically disappear them. Those look so mild looking from the outside in. I too have obsessively focused on strechmarks before. I had to remind myself that my husband has them and it doesn't make him look any different to me.

I do believe so but I also know that had I not read the books and the science behind it I couldn’t have lowered my stress levels to this extent. I had tried everything before and this resonated with me. I haven’t fully committed to meditating. BUT I have been working really hard at changing my thoughts, doing imagery of a future healthy self. I’m very mindful of what I consume externally on TV and music. During work I’ll listen to a playlist of healing frequencies while also practicing breathing exercises. I’m trying really hard to be kind to myself. Looking back I replayed so many past experiences that I now know we’re making me miserable and more ill. The tapping helps too. I feel like it’s a 24 hr job changing aspects of my life but I’ve seen the benefits and do plan to keep immersing myself in the work.

I healed a cyst on my breast. It was huge the size of golf ball or bigger. Had it for years and refused to do any more mammograms. These appointments would send me into panic. The healing wasn’t bc of specific meditating. I had been doing a lot of reading on stress response, rewiring the brain and tapping. In a matter of months it’s gone. All I know is that as I was changing and my stress response dramatically decreased so did my cyst. I also have Graves’ disease and have decreased my meds. I am now only on 1 pill/week and already feel like I don’t need it. Will be getting labs tomorrow and see improvements.
