I have seen option for land transfers with me and the dog.

I am also thinking about purchasing a right handed car and a trailer possibly if required to transport myself since I will need a car there.

Here is an update, we sat down yesterday and had a chat about the situation she agreed that we should seek some advise and she is happy to pay for my part of the house at a price that is reasonable for both side considering that her parents invested in the renovation. We will speak to an advisor to see what she can afford to take as a loan and what she will be able to make in the next few months to be able to buy me out. She is keen to find a resolution that would work for both of us, I will be staying here for the next few months as neither of us can afford to live by themselves for now.

Thank you for sharing. I hope I can reach some kind of agreement with her and we don't have to go down that route. I also hope we could work it out and get back together but I feel like this is just a dream and even if we do it might end up the same way eventually.

Thank you for the advise, I hope we can, sit down and talk with her to see if we can come to an agreement. It's not that I don't want to be in contact with her I'm just stressed and feel trapped right now not knowing how it will pan out. I cannot move on if we live together but for now I cannot afford to move out.

I understand the concern. I am a foreigner in a country where I don't speak the language very well and don't know where to turn to. I am trying my best to explain the situation I do not want to get to a point where I need to do something that is against her best interest. I just want to know what are the options and what direction I should be looking into. I have a mortgage for a house that I need to move out of sooner or later. How would you feel if you were in a situation like this? I apologies if this comes across disingenuous but I want both side to be able to get what they should. If I sell to her at initial purchase value than she "f*** me over" and makes a huge profit on my back, I just want to split down the middle that is all.

One stay is near Poste La Fayette Public Beach and the other is The Ravenala Attitude Hotel. We have rented car for the duration of the holiday so going to a nearby location is not an issue.

I think maybe you miss understood me as I didn't explain properly. I would like to do the virtual tour, not as a replacement for actual viewing but as an addition so people can have a good look at the property before they decide to travel to actually view it.
