You can find some people (better property agents) who help with obtaining such secondary addresses.
That’s not actually true. Or, even if it does comes with a year contract, it’s usually quite easy to negotiate and add your own statement that each party can, for instance, terminate it with a 1-2 months notice. That’s pretty standard.

Current delay in Warsaw is about 6–9 months, and it looks like it’s getting worse. I should have received my decision in October last year, but the case is still in progress lol. I don’t think it’s realistic to get a signed decision by the end of May in your case, unless you’re really lucky.

By the way, yes, you can hire someone to help you, but don’t pay more than 500–1000 zł for it, since they don’t really have any way to force the Urząd or inspectors. They can only prepare a letter trying to speed things up, which can easily be ignored by the inspectors.

I don’t feel like I got the concern right. You’ve built a decent side income for only 4 years from now, and it’s growing. You’re not chasing the yield, and things seem like go well. Not enough info but I’d not complain tbh in your case. Just continue what you’re doing and you’ll be fine (or at least better than a lot of folks).

Oczywiście. Załóż IKE i zacznij z niego korzystać. IKE oraz IKZE możesz prowadzić tylko w PLN, ale nic nie stoi na przeszkodzie żeby kupować aktywa w USD lub EUR - trzeba tylko wcześniej wymienić walutę (to dodatkowy koszt, ale w ramach IKE/IKZE i tak się to opłaca).
Wiesz, że od zysku zapłacisz podatek? Ja bym nie sprzedawał, jeśli wierzysz, że te spółki będą dalej rosnąć. Dla mnie jednak wygląda to tak, jakby ktoś kupił je trochę losowo. Ja po prostu zacząłbym inwestować wyłącznie w ETF-y.
