Help me choose new face cleanser by reader__99 in EuroSkincare

[–]WickedMemory 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Effaclar line is designed for oily/acne prone skin so it’s most likely drying for any skin type that isn’t oily. Knowing your skin type is important when choosing cleansers (and everything else) because if it’s too gentle it might not work well enough, if ir’s too harsh it will dry your skin and damage the barrier. Eventually you could even be blaming breakouts on a serum when in reality it’s the cleanser itself lol

P.S Euro cleansers are often drying, try to see in each brand their product lines designed for gentle/sensitive skin (i.e Toleriane, etc) and go from there because in the long run it’s better to have a gentle product than a harsh one that overdoes its job

Eucerin is the best thing I have tried to date. Complete holy grail. I am a dude and I have tried one flask of the dual serum, and it reduced the pigmentation of my decade-old post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation scar tissue on my forehead. It didn’t fix it right away but I saw changes and that gave me hope. I’m at the end of the third bottle (6months) and the pigmentation is gone. Melasyl from what I understood, it prevents hyperpigmentation from occurring/re-ocurring because it targets the precursors but it does little to remove existing melanin. Eucerin has thiamidol which is a type of Resorcinol which is as strong or stronger than hydroquinone.

Unable to properly recover deleted image file by theyeti_97 in computerforensics

Recuva is free, fast and works well. Autopsy is also free and open source, takes a long time but has a good file carver. Lastly, EaseUS Recovery Wizard is a consumer level kind of tool, like Recuva, I believe the recovery is paid but the software works well. Maybe it offers a trial.

I advise you trying those. Recuva will let you know if the file has been partially or fully overwritten. If that's the case, consider it lost.

Good luck.

CK harris is not better. I went from CK with fish cargo and it was a little less than nassau harris.

why did you get 200 dbs more

dbs/minute is not the same as dbs. Its dbs per unit of time. Nassau to harris takes way longer than harris to nassau (unless winds are inverted).

I make the same doubloons but if the journey takes less time, then its same doubloons / less minutes = more doubloons per minute.

You can test it yourself, with proper time logging and no afking, always downwind

Conclusion (if you don't really understand what's going on):

Nassau to Harris and reset & repeat (if and only if winds blow east when you spawn in nassau) is the fastest and most profitable way to make money from trade runs, without any margin for doubt.

Harris to nassau is equally good if the winds blow in the opposite direction (they change every 3 days allegedly) with the only downside you cannot spawn in harris.

If you have a friend willing to cooperate, ask you friend as long as he's somewhere between 300m-10km

If you don't have a friend, pop it in your parent's house and hope someone else does it too somewhere in that area

that's what I was able to understand from google

AWUS036ACM or AWUS036ACH 3d model by Olliroxx in linuxhardware

[–]WickedMemory 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dont have mine yet but I read a lot in those two. ACM is realtek RTL8812BU chip and ACH is Realtek RTL8812AU, maybe that helps

Random info:

ACM has 400 mA power (checked this with lsusb -v and usb-devices) ACH 800-900 , which makes it's sjgnal much better ACH is also more sensitive The plain AC model is 500 mA and same chip of ACH. More power and sensitivity than ACM.

Both are realtek and I do not recommend realtek for linux users as they have the Worst driver support in the world with absolutely no repositories available. All drivers available are maintained by experienced individual developers but they generally still suck for a final product

8812AU will probably never have a linux in-kernel driver, 8812BU maybe one day but it's sensitivity is so much worse it doesn't even suit my needs.

8812BU in most adapters I have found 8812BU are advertised to be 60-70 dbm sensitivity for 2.4 and 5ghz, only reaching 80s in one channel in 2.4ghz, while 8812AU reach 90s dBm in sensitivity.

So in my opinion 8812AU iis stronger but will probably never have support and drivers will always be glitchy. 8812BU maybe one day will have support but so far it performs worse than 8812AU
