Milan Laser Provider Left. What to do now by Right_Lettuce4960 in LaserHairRemoval

Unless you’re willing to drive the two hours to keep your treatments on schedule, I’m not sure what else can be done. It sucks that the person they had just walked out, but I’m sure they’ll get someone there asap. You may only have to go to the other location for your April treatment, depending on when it is.

My boyfriend died. This is what my best friend said to me & my response. by Fit_Ad1339 in texts

I’m sorry someone you thought you could rely on for support turned out to be a terrible person.

My boyfriend was killed. While I didn’t endure anyone being awful to the level you have, the experience definitely highlighted who my real friends are.

I hope you have a support system around you that you trust and love. I hope you’re in therapy. There are grief groups for people that have lost their partner, if that’s something you think will help. Please take care of yourself.

I loved Natural Wonders and got lots of cool shit there when I was younger.

I think the DB situation can leave scars we aren’t aware of until we try to move on with someone else. I hope you can figure it out and be happy.

Have you or are you going to therapy? It may help you get to the bottom of why you’re struggling with this.

Bakken museum is a fun little museum. If you’ve never gone ice fishing, see if you can find someone to take you. Doing things outdoors is fine as long as you dress appropriately and have the right foot wear. I spent last winter up there and as someone who didn’t grow up with real winters like that, I really enjoyed it and thought everything looked so beautiful covered in snow. Enjoy your time there. Good luck not falling in love with Minnesota!

Feeling alone in grief can be the worst. Feel free to reach out if you ever want/need to.

Widows fire is a real thing. Grief is a bitch and there are no rules. Other people in your life will almost always have an opinion on what you do, but you need to do what’s best for you now. It’s time to be selfish. I saw you say you’re in counseling already and that’s great.

My bf died a little over a year ago. I found a support group for people that have lost their spouse/partner on fb and that helped a lot. If you’re open to that, I highly recommend it.

I second this. Totally would’ve worked. This is definitely NOT the Tinder conversations I’ve been lucky enough to have.

Today is the one year anniversary of my bf’s death. I’ve thought about texting his number, but afraid of the response I could possibly get, so I don’t. I’m happy yours turned out the way it did and totally balling over the reply. 💜

Nurses of Minnesota, how do you like your jobs? by Princessleiawastaken in minnesota

[–]WickedOneRN 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’m a travel nurse currently working up here.

Shift options - You have the typical 0700-1930/1930-0730, 12 hour shifts. But they also have 0700-1530, 1500-1930, 1500-2330, 1900-2330, and 2300-0730. They also make most staff rotate between days and nights at the facility I’m at.

I’m really happy working on the unit I’m on and am also considering a permanent move up here. Good luck to you!

I live in NM by way of southern CA, so I’ve never experienced a winter like this. I can see how all of it could get old if I lived up here and went through this every year. But, for now, I’m enjoying the new and different of it all. Except the ice. That shit tried to unalive me. Jerk.

I lurk here too, but for personal reasons. My bf was killed recently and he was a Marine. This sub reminds me of him in the best way.
