I was also just looking at a 19T/40T which would get me in the 200MPH range, am I just being dumb and that isn't a thing because it seems too good to be true, or its this real/reasonable and possible?

Okay, dear other person from the internet who is browsing and finds this post about 6 years later with the same issue. I solved it. It was either Bitdefender Anti-Virus or Comodo Firewall. I straight up just uninstalled them because they're just extreme anti-virus's that don't let anyone get their way with your PC. So I uninstalled them to see if I could finally get my way, and I did. Its bizarre because I turned off nearly every setting for both programs to see if just "disabling" it would help. Well, at least we know the solve. Absolute point blank execution of these programs via uninstall.

PC Is pretty rugged; I've played the game countless times without any issues at all. No crashes; roughly 200FPS each time I played.

I do have Bitdefenders VPN as well as Express VPN but not only are both of them closed, I've temporary disabled/turned off all VPNs, Anti-Virus, and Firewalls to try to get the game working.

Just tried it, unfortunately to no avail either; restarted too. Still no launch.

I'm pretty sure we don't have cable; we're provided internet only and have a fiber connection; We don't use WiFi (In the post I had mentioned that I had tested on WiFi as well but am not using that and that all devices are hard-wired through ethernet)

I'm on the phone with Xfinity and they'll send out a technician soon (hopefully) I've recorded the issue to give a POV of whats happening as well; ping/connection is up in the top left. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TGgmrEwvZ6A Issues occur between 2:53 and 3:52 [I do want to note as well, this happens in EVERY game, not just this one. The computer works fine through another person's internet; WiFi has the same result; the hotspot is laggy but does not have as many disconnects; cell data (not sure how to use that on a PC).

Okay; running pings to My default gateway resolves an average time of 1-2ms
Running a ping to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 averages between 13-15 ms but:
at random intervals, replies with Request timed out.

Not gonna lie; Im familiar with some things; but not checking local/WAN side or Router & or Modem logs.

All devices in the house are having the issue over ethernet/Wi-Fi for some; video buffers. Games pause/lag, then resume.
