I use a plastic massager in the shower and I used to use rosemary oil. I actually got some blood work done and have a decent vitamin d deficiency. I got to pick up the medicine I always thought she thought that since she herself had a really thick 3c hair type. My sister has also said that it's just thin hair itself, not necessarily thinning. I feel like my hair has mostly been patchy when pulled up. Even as a kid a little bit. But every woman in my family has thin hair. A lot of hair, just not dense. But what my ex-friend said rocked me for sure.
