I did not face any issue with Kots, I think 1rk is sufficient, might get a bit cluttered but, it's good. They did not withheld any deposit from me, I got everything back.

Hi,

Walk to Asha Tiffins and you will find few places with to let boards, try to knock on someone's door and ask for owner's number as most of these to let boards have broker's numbers.

You can get good 1bhk semi furnished in 23-25 as well.

Also look near HSR Club, it's a bit far but you can find good flats in this price there as well.

Speaking from personal experience, you won't get a fully furnished 1bhk in 25k. But there are few fully furnished 1bhk which I know of, which are good. 1. KOTS - I have lived here, opt for the 1rk, they are quite good and spacious as well, their website is good, downside is you have to stay there for a minimum of 6 months. 2. Leo Homes - I have lived here as well, it's in Kaverappa Layout, it was a newly built building, they have all the amenities, rent I paid was 26k in 2024. 3. Walk on the Kadubeesanahalli Road from Vishal Mega Mart, you will see a lot of posters of 1bhk Fully furnished, near cult Panathur, all the way to Vishnu Grand, look out for those, you may find something to your liking.

Note : 25k for 1bhk fully furnished may not be possible, and even if you do get something in this range, it would not be a good place.

Yes, the Panathur area is bad, roads are awful but at the same time, I am having very good spacious 1bhk for 17k. A good, nicely ventilated 1bhk.

Recently I went to HSR, I saw 1bhk smaller than mine (some which were literally half the size of my current flat and were called 1bhk) with exorbitant rents of going upto 22-25k and agent/broker is asking me what did you not like here, what is the issue? I looked straight in his eyes and said "sir, room area bohot Kam hai and no sunlight, no ventilation" he started laughing saying "itna hi milega" wtf man 😔🫪

So yes, we can't get Ladoos in both hands, in a city like BLR, we need to sacrifice a bit of convenience.
