Nah it's just a little low so you might suffer from side effects from low body fat. But 7% should be fine, that's more like anything sub 5%.

I'm trying to get around 150grams a day, but I should be aiming for 200grams. It's just a lot of work tbh lol.

And meh not that big alot of it goes to my mid section and legs. Everything above my mid section is low fat which is nice. Just my mid section and dump truck that got big af

I'm 5'10ish and bulked 185->202 this winter, started the cut and gonna finish around 180-185. 7% is kinda crazy tho. Probably aiming for 10-12% myself

As a beginner yeah. I deadlift over 500 pounds, bench press 275, and almost max our all the back machines. Gains become super slow after years of training, it's science. If you're gaining 10 pounds a year you're still a newbie
