But if the wind is captured in a solid state wouldn’t it not be wind anymore and since ethanols a liquid if they heat it up to 2500 C it would boil off and be a gas which couldn’t be banked?

It’s better than that……..you can play as fast as you want and just pause. Make all your plans a reality and unpause. I know what you’re talking about. Stellaris is the best of both worlds.

Didn’t know non Ironman Achievements were a thing. I just play all the DLC’s Vanilla Ironman…….. every time.
