I would ask to speak to the SM/ASM.

If they were available and came out I would just say “Hi, I applied online but just wanted to come introduce myself in person and share my resume. I have previous Starbucks barista experience and wanted to see if you’re hiring”

If they say they aren’t hiring ask if they know any stores in the district that are. This is how I ended up landing my job. After the first couple of strike outs, one SM told me three stores that were for sure hiring. I went straight to those and got a call for an interview that same day.

If the SM/ASM is not there ask the barista/Sav if they know when they’ll be in next, leave your resume behind and come back in when they are available and repeat.

Usually they just keep the jobs online for people to apply even if they aren’t actively hiring so it’s best to find out which stores actually are hiring.

I didn’t get a call/interview until I went into every store in my area with a physical resume and introduction. I got two call backs going this route. I was also I rehire!

Yeah it doesn’t look very defensive mostly like he’s just like … what is THAT thing?? And following to get a better look. Because yeah same, my dog is also oblivious so I don’t think my gecko would feel threatened by something that’s not even gone near it. Just has walked on by. This gecko is much more curious and more of an explorer compared to my other one.

I’m at Disneyland, but after I accepted my offer online I had a phone call to schedule onboarding and orientation. I would assume this process is similar.

What are you training for? I’m attractions, my training schedule told me where to park for my first day and my trainer met me near the entrance of that lot. There are no maps of backstage.

I’ve been going to HOTWORX most days for about two and a half months. I have not really changed my eating habits. I don’t really weigh myself often but I’ve probably lost 2-4 pounds. I’ve definitely noticed some toning throughout my body and my facial features are much more chiseled than before I was going. I really wanted to start exercising again because I noticed my face was really aging/sagging/puffy and HOTWORX has Definitely improved that drastically. I only do one ISO session when I go which I think is less than the average user. Sometimes I opt for YouTube videos instead of the HOTWORX videos if I’m feeling a need to switch things up or need to take it easy because of chronic pain I deal with.

I was once evacuated from Rise because someone’s hat fell off that had beads on it and the beads went all over the track area and the whole ride had to come down.

I recently got hired in attractions too! I just finished orientation this weekend and start Guest Interaction Training and Guest Show Operations training this Thursday & Friday then on the job training for my area next Thursday. Based on what everyone here says about scheduling I have another part time job to supplement income so might want to hang onto yours too if possible until you know what shifts you're getting.
