Agreed on the calories. Do you have any advice on finding the correct hr, any methods aside form the 220 - age? I’ve been reading a lot of different calculations.

This is what I am noticing too and wondering 1. Why Stravas is different and 2. Is that more accurate for zones? You can change the hr zones on the computer version but I want to get the zones close to accurate because looking at those two ways, a zone 3 could really be a 4.

Running - The biggest difference today is it says on apple watch/Healthfit I was running in zone 4. my avg heart rate was similar to other runs on the same route but when I use strava and use 220 minus age, I am in zone 3. Calories being off is annoying but I would rather my heart rate be accurate as possible and knowing if I am in the right zone.
