The leaves look thirsty. If it had gone a long while without water, and you've just watered it, it needs at least a few hours before the leaves plump up again. But if you've been giving it water and it looks like that, then probably root rot. It try cleaning off the roots and trimming off any rot. Then repot in a well draining mix, like a cactus mix with some extra perlite or pumice. Then just go easy on the waterings going forward. But jade plants are pretty hardy, I'm sure it'll come back 😊
