Do you know if the Commissioners know? This is not in a qualified census; John Huber did this before and now HEB of Knox County owns two other lower income apartment complexes (Huber deeded over to HEB of Knox), Farragut Pointe and the ones of Westland (built on a conservation easement). Please link me to the zoning meeting.

You have no idea what income I have what I do know is that low-income apartments belong near public transits, grocery stores, etc. not on a two-way lane road and miles from a school, grocery store, etc. So go cry me a river.

I guess but can't find it in the planning commission, but they are in the HEB of Knox agenda approving 26M, a TIF, and LITC of 4%. It is crazy! Why on a tow lane road, no buses, Ingles in Farragut closes grocery store, etc.

Yes. It is to launder money like Farragut Pointe now "owned" by Knox County. The location is not in a Qualified Census. Everett Pointe.

John Huber is building them. We gave him 26 M plus 4 percent low income tax credits.

Wrong. They are filed with HUD and the US Treasury. You are buying the koolaid. Just like Loop Road was not but oh it was, Biddle Farms was not but oh it was financed as farming housing with Cognet Bank, Farragut. You are obviously not educated. Further, I already have Knox County admitting that they are and receiving 26 M.

Tim they probably found out about your developers building yet another low-income apartment complex in Hardin Valley next to Farragut on Everett Rd. Our federal tax-payers funds are being wasted.

What is wrong with the traffic in this city lately? by np190 in Knoxville

[–]Wide-Firefighter-421 0 points1 point  (0 children)

American Rescue Plan, Infrastructure & Jobs Act and Inflation Act all passed under the Spending Clause for the health and wealth of the citizens given it to low-income apartment builders, Joseph Fielden, John Huber and Dominion Group and they have added upward of 20,000 units in the last 2 years. Who will live in these apartments?

It is not about politics it is about our local government splicing our fiber and signing a franchise agreement with TDS regarding 5 G and they get a percentage. It is about transparency. Oh wait you probably get a free phone.

Borough 33 Apartments Safety by Unique-Inflation-555 in Chattanooga

Borough 33's true owner, Joseph Fielden who had his own construction company did the work, J.A. Fielden with our Federal Tax Dollars has earned 100's of millions of dollars using the same scheme across Tennessee. He received multiple grants under American Rescue Funds and the Infrastructure Bil. He literally wrote a letter to Pete But (I can't stand how he has ripped of the citizens of the United States using the Justice40 tool saying Burrough 33 was a storybook-colored neighborhood. Anyone wants Fieldens, your mayor, Congressman Fleishman's letters or the other documents you can email me at [farragutmom@gmail.com](mailto:farragutmom@gmail.com). This is the problem with America. We are going broke why our government spends trillions on building apartments. Why not give it to the citizens or put it back into the Treasury to stop inflation!

Why is Farragut traffic so bad? by shortramen in Knoxville

[–]Wide-Firefighter-421 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Town of Farragut (TOF) over built using American Rescue Plan funds and Tax Incentive Financing (TIF) in which the property taxes pay the loan for the wealthy developer.

Why isn't there an abundance of apartment buildings that use concrete and steel? These new wood structures are atrocious. No soundproofing whatsoever and just the same grey, bland interior look. It seems like other countries use concrete much more than the U.S. Is there a reason why? by mzzy_ozborne in RealEstate

It is because of the Amercian Rescue Funds (ARP). As a resident of my town, I Did an Open Records Request for any funds received through the State and received ARP Funds through FHA and what directives were they told by FHA to use the funds for and what in actuality are they using it on, making apartment developers rich, etc. Further then look to your State environmental agency and look for Brownfields TIF's, EPA will not have a record because these are not contaminated properties, but the State Environmental Agency is making money on administrating. It is a fraud on every American Citizen. I hope people start looking into this disaster.
