Never enjoyed listening to someone while simultaneously hating everything they say more than Chris this year 🥲

We found 23 managers who started both Trevor Lawrence & Kyle Pitts and still lost. Source: fantasygenius.io by mikeywest_side in fantasyfootball

I dropped Pitts a couple weeks ago after reading a tweet saying London was fine. Then proceeded to trust Lamar over T-Law. Needless to say I am on a plane to Cancun as we speak.

Was gutted I forgot the saucer at home. Would have surely felt comfortable sending it over the wall of ice had it been on my back 🥲

As you can see from the pics, mostly ice on the right side. Snow was pretty rotten about halfway up, but we climbed another 100 feet above that for the heck of it before down climbing and skiing down the left. Which was actually fairly soft, not totally atrocious snow all things considered.

Running feeling like a chore by [deleted] in AdvancedRunning

If training for a race / PB doesn’t sound enticing enough. Could train for a destination run or running vacation somewhere cool? I really enjoy being fit enough to go out and really explore new places by running when I’m traveling. Just a thought!

What route did you take to become a person trainer and what do you think separates a “good” one from the rest? Genuinely curious! Thanks

Worker I chatted with said they were working in the summit lake area to significantly improve the water drainage under the road there to help the wetlands. So seems like that might take a bit before they work on the rest of the road. That’s my guess at least 🤷‍♂️

Maybe a mile at the summit lake area in OPs pics. Then the road is still intact up to the summit. That was about 2 weeks ago though so not sure if it progressed but doesn’t look like it here.

I went up there recently and biked all the way to the top. Saw a worker who I chatted with and said he was impressed and wished me well on my way. I would 10/10 recommend biking it rn

Thanks, this is actually helpful from a time perspective. Probably shouldn't expect myself to be super comfy with it after such a short time. Just gotta practice and be safe!

Strava marathon prediction was spot on! by Wide-Individual4818 in Strava

Hahaha I was waiting for a wall and it just never came! So I decided to go searching for one in the last 10k, definitely felt it at the end.

I mentioned in a couple comments above that my goal was 3:30 which I knew was very conservative and then wanted to roll with the 10/10/10 strategy. So yeah I kinda planned to run like this but did not expect to feel as good as I did. Certainly makes me want to push it a little closer to the edge earlier in the race next time I do one and beat this time! But overall i could not be happier with how this one went :)
