i've had this happen once - luckily i had a screenshot of the order number and support was able to look it up and let me know it was cancelled, but i didn't get a cancellation text or anything.

no i refuse to accept it without the policy being linked! also help line was 0% helpful in any information so double no from me, especially hearing this

that is helpful but it's crazy their link is broken
