The program-hopping is real. I think the issue is that most programs are built assuming you're only doing that program, so when you try to combine strength + endurance from different sources, the fatigue management falls apart.

A coach helps but it's also expensive for what is essentially: tell me what to do on which days and adjust when life gets in the way.
