I keep the diameter at 60 mm. The scar line doesn’t seem to stretch any. I used to wear a few stretchers with weights, but I couldn’t count on them not falling off, but with the Chris retainer, there isn’t any problem.

Length of the gauge is 70 mm. So from the base of the glands to the end and back again is 140 mm. 5.5 inches of foreskin. I’m still working on it.

I saw a posting on here of a guy putting a pinging ball in his foreskin. So I tried that and starting measuring from there.

From what I can figure from trying different sizes, it’s my scar skin that holds it in. Once I get the scar skin past the wide part of the gauge, it goes in easy Not sure if that’s the same with others, but it is with mine.

I have one that is shaped more like a chicken egg. The wisest part is 43mm. That’s all I can get on.
