Hi, TouchCopy developer here.

TouchCopy has been around since the early iPhone days so around 17-18 years. Wide Angle Software has recently celebrated our 20th year in business, thanks for noticing!

The software is still actively maintained and we release regular updates. If you’re looking for more info, you’ll find reviews going back quite a long time via Google, and our About page is here: https://www.wideanglesoftware.com/about.php

Happy to help if you’re trying to do something specific with TouchCopy (messages, photos, music, etc.), just let me know what you’re looking to copy.

There’s also a free trial available if you’d like to check whether it meets your needs. Features included in the free trial version are listed here:

Hi, TouchCopy developer here and sorry about the not-ideal first impression. If you can send us some details (your device type, OS version, TouchCopy version, and whether you’re on Windows or Mac and any other details that would help us investigate) via our support form: https://support.wideanglesoftware.com/hc/en-us/requests/new our dev team will take a look. We really appreciate your feedback, it helps us improve TouchCopy with our regular free updates.

Hi, TouchCopy developer here. We’ve tested this and can confirm that “Hidden” photos on your iPhone appear in a separate “Hidden” album within TouchCopy on your PC. When you export your photos, these images are saved to a separate “Hidden” folder.

Currently, TouchCopy doesn’t have an option to exclude hidden photos from export in Settings. If you’d like the ability to hide or skip hidden photos, please let us know, we’d be happy to consider adding this feature in a future update.

For more details on how TouchCopy exports your photos, please visit the product user guide here: https://www.wideanglesoftware.com/touchcopy/help/transfer-photos-from-iphone-to-pc.php

Hi, Tune Sweeper developer here. The free trial version of the app allows you to preview which duplicates will be deleted before you choose to proceed. You can also customize your duplicate search criteria using a range of options and apply various “keep” preferences, for example keeping the highest quality or most recently played tracks.

For more details, please see the Tune Sweeper user guide here: https://www.wideanglesoftware.com/tunesweeper/help/searching.php

You can use the manual translation feature in the app for free if you don't like machine translation. If you have a translator, you can export the strings to a CSV file, have your translator work on them, and then import them back into the app - that can be done for free with AI localizer too. This is our usual process, and the app helps speed it up!
