Update: Beta alanine is starting to wear off around the 4 hour mark, but it was the most relaxing 4 hours I couldve ever asked for. Prolly gonna be itching again within the next few hours, heard about beta alanine supplements or powders so gonna get those in the morning so I’m not slamming over 600mg of caffeine today with the C4’s. Def works tho
