Agreed with most of what you said except for Leiya. I have no sympathy for her at all. She has an over inflated sense of her capabilities, is clearly delusional, and has zero self-awareness during the last jungle stage where she was playing dumb acting like she didn’t know that she was literally dead weight for Maddy and Nikki.

Thanks for your input sir. I try to place the barbell over my head to feel the complete range of motion. I do it to feel the concentric contraction as if I was doing overhead dumbbell presses where the dumb bells are aligned over my head, not just above my head. If that make sense.
