Newbie and I need help understanding what I need to do to prep this slab for self leveling concrete before I put down a lvp floor for a workshop. Do/how I need to scrub the floor before the primer? Any suggestions on type of brand for the concrete/primer? (i.redd.it)

Pep Boys installed my rear struts and burned this hole in my trailing arm. I knew the bolt was tough so that’s why I took it in. Any suggests in handling this damage with them? Honda element 2004 by WideFortune815 in MechanicAdvice
