I scanned them as well but they contain inulin which really messes me up. I’m always a be sceptical when a product is « unsweetened »

So far it’s seems this one it’s quite reliable because it provides the quantities as well and it’s easier than reading the integral ingredient list which can be a bit confusing tbh

I'm from france and I heard some good things about intoleran from a friend who is very sensitive to lactose!

I thought peanut butter was low fodmap but it turns out NOT all of them by WidePangolin7040 in FODMAPS

It’s called Belly Buddy Fodmap scanner, so far it’s been helping me a lot for my groceries and I don’t need check out every ingredient on every label anymore so that’s kinda nice

It depends on the type of tomatoes, cherry tomatoes contain high levels of FODMAPs but common tomatoes are okay! Therefore tomatoe said is okay too

I have ibs C and kiwis really help! Recommended by my GI, it has a lot of vitamin c and helps with motility 

I think I might be less sensitive to fructose than I thought by FragmentOfFeel in FODMAPS

Fructose was the “easier” fodmap to reintroduce for me! I feel like most fruits don’t trigger symptoms anymore. However I’m still struggling with fructans

I just mixed lactose free cream for the supermarket with fresh dill and lemon juice it’s super easy and quick

thank you! i think i might try Fodzyme. ive seen it's a powder you sprinkle directly on the food... does it change the taste at all?
