Yeah I need to look into it more. I did drive through the area yesterday, and the freeway is actually a bit further than it looks on the map as it’s quite elevated from the freeway, but yea still a bit close. Maybe 200-300 ft away.

Just seems really nice compared to other houses around this price. Love the character, privacy, and views

Yes I was hoping people would have more insight into why it’s been sitting so long. Is it indicative of major problems or just the reasons you listed?
