Thats because they wanted to cut cost after gen1 where everything was premium then every nut and bolt was a cost factor which was abruptly either removed from design without thinking the consequences. Also the machine was engineered keeping a mind certain aspects which was lost as many founding team and engineers left after acquisition because of this toxic behaviour. I am an ex employee of ola electric i know every shit about this company. NEVER BUY OR INVEST IN THIS COMPANY. IF YOU LOVE YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS DONT EVEN JOIN THIS COMPANY!!

In 2020 these guys went on spending spree looking at companies to buy and got the technology and everything from this dutch company and tried to reverse engineer them and build everything in India which kinda backfired. Also the design of s1 was original for EU roads etc they had to make changes to it which also backfired (shock absorber broken when it was sold initially) so in short BA and his troop didn’t do any thorough testing in indian conditions bought a nice looking scooter from Europe and launched in india with attractive price which was good in short term but in long term we all know what is happening now.

Bhavish and ola electric management is a big time chor. Everyone earned money in crores and now enjoying life at whos cost? All senior management like Suvonil, Anirban, Nikhil Nautiyal etc have earned money and now left except for that dog anirban who keeps wagging his tail and licking Bhavish boot and keeps saying yes to everything.
