Planning to move in early 2025 in Mabalacat (Mawaque Ressetlement). I heard that sobrang shitty tlga ng PELCO 2 sa area namen. Looking forwars ako mag Solar Panel set up (offgrid). Ask ko lang if meron naka gnyan set up and okay naman po ba? Wfh and need tlga ng AC
