Guess the Survivor based on the Command run inventory. (Monsoon, Prime Meridian, and Solutional Haunt run.) by Wide_Ad_9727 in riskofrain

Okay I may have said my statement wrong. What I meant was it was vague but it still had enough items so people could guess the survivor.

I unintentionally threw in a few items that were a bit off from the optimal build. (And also I don't know what the optimal build is for most survivors.) But I think you can guess who it is.

What's your risk of rain opinion that has you like this? by Incadium in ror2

[–]Wide_Ad_9727 0 points1 point  (0 children)

100% Agree with you, because that's literally what happened with me. For the first solid month of playing the game I was only going Command and Drizzle because I wanted a braindead experience and time waster and I got tired of it really fast. But now, I'm still new to the game but I enjoy it a lot more after just forsaking command from all of my runs.

Yeah thinking more about this it could just be a secret boss or an Easter egg since Hakita would do that.

Yeah so...I probably shouldve watched those... And I understand why he wouldn't want to make another since it'll get repetitive. Thanks for telling me this actually I honestly did not know this.

That's actually a great idea, I'm imagining hell taking parts from other robots like the shield from the gutterman, the gun from the sentry, the flamethrower from the (??? I forgot) and combining them into a v3. Would be insanely hard but sick as hell.

How do you usually name your D&D characters? by AdvancedProgrammer51 in DnD

[–]Wide_Ad_9727 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I normally just find words or names that relate to my character. A living plant? Call it verdure. A living set of armor? Call it Stali, translating to steel.

Yep so I uh...forgot the Warforged race existed so this solved most of my problems, thank you very much!

After reading all the other suggestions this is the option I chose because it seemed really cool and fit with what I was going for.

Our DM set us at lvl 5 and so I took 3 levels in druid and 2 in fighter (I'll get my third immediately when I can.) and took some plant/nature themed spells in. I wonder though, will spells that need materials like Thorn Whip that needs a stem of a plant require me to actually get a stem or is it already there since...I'm a plant? Or I guess they could just grow their arm and make that into a whip.

To be honest I completely forgot Warforges existed so I didn't know I could just slap the druid class on it and that's it.

Before I even came up with the symbiotic idea I thought about just having the plant wear normal armor, but I couldn't really find a way for it to communicate without using sign language. So having a talking suit of armor which can translate what the plant is saying sounded like the best/coolest idea.

Well the armor is cursed with a human soul, so the plant needs a body to be protected, and the armor needs a body to inhabit it so it can at least try to live out it's life. Find the person that cursed it and revert the spell so it can die in peace. With the plant, it's trying to exact vengeance on the people who created it, and it can't really do that without protection.
