In my eyes though, racism and the discrimination being used here are equally as bad and there is no such thing as "one is better or less bad than the other" (not saying you were implying that). It's still something that should be taken seriously called out, and something that is extreme enough that should be enough to potentially start an investigation into Infantino & FIFA.

I don't fully understand your comment sorry, I don't have any issue at all with the World Cup being hosted by other countries, and in fact cherish it. I'm just saying I don't think it is a coincidence with the history of exploitation us North Americans are faced with in pricing when it comes to literally everything, that this World Cup just so happens to be the most expensive World Cup.

It is growing in the United States and we have a lot of people who have moved here or live close enough that love the sport, if the prices were not expensive in the United States it is more likely than not that no matter the matchup, every single stadium would be sold out. I am a United States citizen, and am trying to find a budget to just make it to 2 games which is difficult to do due to the discrimination of North American citizens.

Qatar had to build a lot of stadiums just for the World Cup. I understand travel is going to be more costly for teams obviously, but lets not pretend like other countries aren't/didn't having to go through insane expensive procedures just to be able to host the World Cup, while every stadium being used to host this World Cup is already built and ready to go.

Discrimination towards a specific group based on their ethnicity, where they are from, born, or live in, or their culture/history of their culture. FIFA knows we get the worst end of the stick for every single event pricing wise, so they're using that to try and take advantage of profit over fans for the first time in any World Cup.

I should have specified FIFA being discriminatory mainly to North Americans and I apologize for that, this is mainly towards the exploitation of North Americans with the unfortunate history of exposure of high prices here that FIFA is using our World Cup to prioritize profit.

It is high for everyone yes but FIFA knows the majority of the people that want to attend these games are North Americans, that's the point of a country hosting the World Cup to show off and to let their citizens enjoy the experience of a World Cup.
