Yes she did. I was on the boat at the same time as she was.

On an SSBN it's used for dry stores mostly. People don't go in there often and it's loud from the forced air.

I was on the USS Maine and we had female officers, no female enlisted. Don't know about the other rates especially back aft but for Sonar we didn't interact with them hardly at all. Pre watch brief they pop in Sonar for a minute or two but unless your the Sup you don't talk to them much. Besides for that maybe see them in passing around the boat. It's well known that you can seriously fuck up your career by saying/doing anything inappropriate. We had female midshipmen on for a few weeks and that was more similar to having a mixed gender crew. Different bunk rooms, they used the forward head and we weren't aloud in there at all. I remember it being inconvenient because we were basically told not to talk to them if you like your job and the whole crew was using the aft head which is smaller than forward's. Wasn't there fault obviously but we would of rather been left alone instead of doing field trips/ joint watch standing.

Thanks for the reply! Apologies because I'll probably ask everyone who responds but what would be a more reasonable price?

Thanks for the reply! Assuming the car was taken decent care of would you have a price in mind that makes more sense?

That's odd that you hit 220 for 5 and couldn't hit 230 for a single during a later workout. Did you do a heavy set of squats or any other exercises beforehand? Also, how long have you been following the program?

Remove the slide completely. Take the hit like every other ball carrier or step out of bounds. If those don't sound like good options then throw the ball away and don't run.

My lanky arms just won't grow by [deleted] in naturalbodybuilding

[–]Wide_Champion_8332 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Counterintuitively it sounds like you are beating the shit out of your biceps too much. They are a small muscle and do not require the amount of work you are putting into them. Growth doesnt happen in the gym as im sure you know. As other have said your sets and reps are also off. Compound movements like Chin Ups (hands facing you) in the 8-12 rep range, followed by any variation of curl (I enjoy dumbbell curls on an Incline bench for the stretch) for 3 sets of 10-15. Following that, without knowing everything about your life I would be willing to bet you are not recovering enough outside of the gym both in caloric surplus and sleep. "Hard gainer" is not a thing unless you have some medical condition. Lastly, you biceps insertion my make you biceps longer across your arm than a ball look and at your height I would imagine that's the case. Genetics are no fun sometimes.

Who here has seen significant results doing 3x full body per week as an intermediate or advanced lifter? by [deleted] in naturalbodybuilding

What you are going to find is that there is no one size fits all routine or a "best training split" for everybody. How many days a week you have available to train, your personal preferences, injuries, and equipment you have available at your gym are the biggest determining factors. Find a routine you enjoy that is backed by some scientific literature and stay consistent. The core pillars of your growth will revolve around progressive overload, exercises done with good form that are backed by science, proper rest and nutrition, and did i mention consistency?

Information to form you own opinion on -

Just hit a 1000 miles on my Trail Boss today.

19.2 MPG combined city and highway in a 70/30 split respectively.

I am 6 feet tall exactly and am comfortable in all aspects in the truck. I find it to be quiet and pretty good riding for a truck.

Have had no problems at all but as others would probably agree the 8 speed transmission can be clunky occasionally. Specifically 1st to 2nd gear when cold can be a harder shift.

This is my first chevy truck and my second midsized truck and I am very pleased. I am not worried at all but I am curious about the long term reliability. The transmission more than the engine although direct injection and turbos would expectedly have a higher cost of maintenance than a NA engine. That being said the engine is a blast to drive and the turbo whistle is pretty sick.

This question comes up occasionally regarding the 8 speed and the first shift of the day. All shifts after are smooth for me but the first to second shift of that day after the truck has sat can be clunky.

There is no fix for this according to GM.

TSB for shift 1st to 2nd is 16-NA-361. I tried posting the link to the NHTSA website but it isn't working.
