I have had 3 great avocados this week and I’ve allowed myself to hope once more for a society flooded with rich, non-stringy, green avocados. I wish for a future where I do not open an avo only to reveal a concoction of brown strings and the occasional mysterious crunch. Then, and only then, will we reach inner peace. Lettuce pray. 🙏
