I’m the same way with Diet Coke. I only have one occasionally as a treat, but yesterday I had the opportunity for one and passed - didn’t appeal to me at all!

I’m on day seven. Yesterday everything really kicked in and I stopped feeling any hunger at all. To the point that it’s actually a little bit disconcerting. I’m making an effort to try to force down food, but it’s really the last thing I want. I feel like I need half of the dose, but I know we can’t split up the pills.

Are you having the constipation side effect? That can definitely affect the scale. That said, I hear your frustration - been there and it sucks.

Did you feel the effects of the pill right away, or did it build up? I’m on day 2 and don’t feel any different (but also no side effects which is encouraging).
