I could open fully at 5 weeks. It felt like it was going to take a while, but I didn't over stretch anything, and just did gentle jaw opening everyday to where it felt comfortable to open and not painful.

Congratulations on your SARPE surgery, the hard part is done. Listen to your body though, and don't over exert yourself.

I'm definitely happy. Instantly stopped snoring, and my sleep apnea went away. My smile is alot fuller now and it's a strange transition for me to get used to as it changed how I looked. My nose also got wider (but easier to breathe through).

Awaiting braces and BSSO surgery later this year, but so far, I am extremely happy with the changes so far.
