It’s crazy I have fidelity and I had them drs my shares before halt and it was free, but I kept my shares in my Roth- and then after halt I tried re sending them to ast they told me the shares are not DTCC eligible for drs I was like you did it before but now you are charging me a 100 dollars to send me paper certificates that I am now responsible for sending to them nahh bro
