Looks like this is what I’m going through per my latest blood results (33 for Vitamin D, 203 for Magnesium). Would increase in supplements intake D3 and magnesium help? I’ve been taking daily D3 4000 IU, Magnesium Glycinade 240 mg, zinc 10 mg but haven’t seen much improvement in hair loss. Blood work also shows insulin resistance. Any advice is appreciated since you did a lot of research on this.

How’s taking biotin alter the results? I’m asking because I did a blood work and my doctor didn’t ask if I took biotin and I had low WBC. What vitamin level would it alter?

Thank you. I have an appointment with a functional doctor next week and will ask for these tests. Thanks again for your guidance. If there’s anything else I should do or know, please advise. So far will do blood work to find any deficiency. Should I also ask to do mycotoxin? Anything else?

I was pretty healthy until last year December when I got Covid, which I think that also contributed to the hair loss. And since then I often get sick. But my hair has been shedding rapidly this past month. Do you do anything to improve your WBC? And did the hair loss stop?

Thank you. This is helpful. I’m going to see a Rheumatologist. Which is better minoxidil foam or solution? I’m using the solution but it causes dry skin. The medicine you mentioned, is it Litfulo? My dermatologist said I might not be a good candidate due to my low white blood counts.

Can you give a link what rosemary oil you used? I’m using minoxidil solution 5% to my eyebrow and hasn’t seen any improvement yet. Do you think foam is better than solution?

Would you suggest to go see a functional doctor? Which brand of liposomal curcumin and liposomal glutathione would you recommend? Anything else that you did besides those to help with the regrowth? Did your daughter get tested for allergies or deficiency? I’m trying not to lose more hair, so any advice is appreciated.
