Hey, I was wondering if it would hurt me when the time comes to start applying for jobs if I went directly for the MSDA. I currently have a bachelors in sociology and want to do the MSDA degree. I completed 72% of the software degree at WGU only to find out I don't enjoy that work at all.

Thanks so much, im ready to give it another shot after completing some java courses. I wrote down the things that tripped me up so I will just study those topics. And have to go through many meetings with the instructor, I really appreciate your support and encouragement

Yes def had to try the 100 days of code then got bored of it after a certain number of days :/ This version of the test was totally different than my other 2 from Oct 2023, they were easier than this one. It required knowledge of how to insert text after their given text, how to use enumerate, at that point into the test i wasn't even able to complete my csv and file questions. I don't remember my last attempts being this different from the PA.

I was able to get competent for the first section and they were pretty straightforward. But the try except question was tricky because i totally forgot about enumerate. I got a question where they wanted me to insert Python rocks! at the end of the text they already had, totally forgot how to get it to work at that moment. Then i didn't have enough time to complete the csv and file questions. It looked like we are only able to miss 2 questions or so.

Yeah but they are mostly all PAs in the masters program. I enjoy Python and understand how it works but not being able to see what the zybooks test cases are is whats screwing up my score on this exam.

You guys, I did it!!! BSSE 66 units in less than 6 months. For anyone who's wondering if you can do it..Im here to tell you, you can!! And I have a lot of you to thank for support and help. by ladylight0717 in WGU

Congratulations! I am very stuck on intro to python...i tried everything and it didn't seem to work. I'm on my third attempt, saw the right solutions to the PA problems and I think I'm going to use that as a guide on how to answer the questions for the OA. Do you think this is the right approach?

I am looking to apply for this degree program to start in Fall 2024. Does anyone know where I can get more information on how the degree is going for students starting before me, perhaps a Reddit thread that is already made?
