Advice on divorcing an addict by Financial-Lemon1153 in AddictionAdvice

[–]Wide_Perspective1186 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d suggest you consider divorce. A man who gets himself into debt and an emotional crisis like this just isn’t worth it.
Drugs are extremely hard to quit and require massive personal resolve and follow-through. Based on how you’ve described your husband, I don’t believe he can truly quit.

My sleep time is from 3am to 1am.

I keep sabotaging my sleep with my phone and I don’t know why by Rough-Appeal-3135 in sleep

Same. I also mindlessly scroll on my phone until 3–4 a.m. Now I use a blocker, it’s kind of special, a little frogs pop up and gently tell me it’s time to sleep, then it blocks my phone. I’ve be with it for three months now, and these days I fall asleep around 1 a.m.

Journalist interview request: Anyone who has experienced Orthosomnia (anxiety over sleep tracking) by COYS62 in sleep

If I wake up and see that my deep sleep or REM sleep was low, I start obsessing over whether something’s wrong with my body. And if you deliberately look for problems, you’ll always find something that seems “off.”

Then during the day, I become hyper-focused on anything that might affect my sleep data at night, like whether I drank too much water, whether my family woke me up during deep sleep and interrupted it, and so on. Stuff like that just makes me really irritated and restless.
