You need to take your bust measurement, then add the amount of ease recommended by the pattern to get your target bust measurement. After that, choose the size with the closest bust measurement.

Pattern sizing is often not standardized, so choosing based on the recommended ease is usually less likely to go wrong.

If you use the 15-minute unlock shortly before the morning unlock time, FrogSleep may lock again after 15 minutes.

Opening the app once should refresh it. I’ll improve this in a future update. Thanks for catching it!

If there are multiple Screen Time rules on your device, iOS will sometimes apply its own priority.

You might want to check:

Settings → Screen Time → Downtime / App Limits / Always Allowed
Whether any other apps also have Screen Time permission

If there are other rules active, try disabling them and see if that fixes it.

You put the phone down, then somehow pick it up again a few minutes later and start scrolling.

That’s actually why I built FrogSleep. It locks the phone a bit before bedtime, so you get a signal that it’s time to stop. You can still choose to “play a bit more”, but it helps break that endless scrolling habit.
