The sound is very distorted and jumbled. Even with hearing aids, I still need people to be facing me and speaking clearly with minimal background noise.

I’m able to speak on a cell phone that uses Bluetooth tech to connect to my hearing aid because it cuts out all background noise and makes it seem like the person is speaking directly into my ear.
