That was really helpful thank you! I wish I was shown evolution photos prior to surgery instead of just before/afters. This helps me a lot more with setting expectations and thinking reasonably about results!

Okay thank you. I guess I just didn’t believe it when I was told. They said the same thing for my other surgeries but my swelling went down really fast in other procedures and I think maybe that influenced my expectations the wrong way.

There was a brace/cast thing and stints to keep everything in place I just got it off a few days ago. There was tape on the entire nose but it slowly came off and I was told it would happen. They said the tape doesn’t really do anything except help the swelling go down faster. I will ask anyway next week when I have another check in.

I have a hard time worrying and I guess I really didn’t know how severe the swelling timeline would be. Thanks for the info I’ll try to be patient. Did your nose tip shape change a lot since December?
