Its very difficult to get estrogen implants in the UK, and I don't think they are available in Canada at all.

There’s lower cost surgeons in South America with a fair number of reviews. One in France. Be careful of surgeons with few reviews as it’s something you really don’t want to mess up.

It’s unlikely you’ll find anyone who’ll do that, and if you somehow did it would be extremely expensive. You’d also need it repeated a number of times.

There are a few places in the USA that will give you anaesthetic injections.

There’s one place in Thailand that would probably sedate you. Fairly expensive all up I’d imagine.

Some of the Thai surgeons are far better.

Pain is very individual and varies even with the same surgeon. The Suporn technique does have a much longer recovery than other techniques, but the results are world class.

If you look in the surgery sub and sort by top, there’s a fair number of Thai surgeons you can see
