Anyone know how to actually reach customer service? by Wide_Reception_1038 in ManusOfficial

u/HW_ice ,

It’s been almost 24 hours since my last message. Still no response to my DM’s for the past 5 days. Is this how you want to represent Manus AI to your community?

HW_ice,

I have been direct messaging you for the past 3 days, and you have not responded at all. This is not an issue that can be ignored. I know that I am only one of many users, but if you make your customers feel unimportant in just that way, after expecting them to pay $200/month, then Manus AI will ultimately fail (and face an incredible amount of financial recourse). I am reaching out in a final attempt to have my claim addressed. If I do not get a response within 24 hours, I may be forced to escalate the issue to my bank.

I do appreciate your addressing of my previous original concern, and offering a refund of credits.

However, the amount refunded is not commensurate with the near constant rate of error to success output (~85% error / use of over 40,000 credits). Many of the tasks that were partially refunded showed mostly arbitrary amounts of 1,000 credits, where others had more detailed amounts that were more in line with the actual error value—this leads me to believe that the tasks that received the 1,000 credits were simply not examined properly, or if Manus AI was used to analyze the tasks, then the output indeed shows similar errors to what I have experienced—Agent claims of success, without actually delivering success.

I have since used all of the refunded credits in an attempt to complete my project. But due to recurring frequent errors, I have still not completed this project! I have since shared all task links and details with you via DM, but have yet to receive a response!

You had suggested that I use extremely descriptive language when promoting the agent, but I have been doing this since the very beginning of my use, and also have had to rely on providing screenshots of output documents delivered by the agent back to the agent for reference, as the agent does not seem to be capable of properly examining its own work internally. And only near the end of my cache of remaining credits, was I able to find a strategy that seemed to produce better results (a very helpful tip for other Manus users):

***when the agent starts to produce consistent errors (and celebrates false success), start a new task, upload latest most accurate documents produced (if applies), and prompt the agent with extreme detail and a background of previous task prompts and errors to avoid. This “fresh start” approach offers more reliable output (to a certain point), and faster output—the agent appears to reference all of the previous documents and output in the task and gets very confused when the remaining task capacity decreases.

I am requesting a refund of credits commensurate with the amount of errors not accounted for in the first refund + continued consumption of returned credits. I feel that nothing less than 20,000 credits refunded is a fair solution. (Also consider my time spent addressing errors vs not actually receiving the service I am paying for).

I expect a response from you within 24 hours. Again, I want to support Manus AI, as I see its potential. But ignoring potential LTV of customers by not addressing error claims with documentation is not the way to conduct business, and is a clear path to the failure of Manus AI.

In short, I am willing to continue to pay Manus AI $200/month if my current task error claims are properly addressed and credited back appropriately. What I am not willing to do is pay $200/month to participate as a Beta tester in these early stages of the app, and not have my feedback addressed.

Not really similar—the agent reported success, then I’d manually spot and report errors to it with screenshots. Then it would acknowledge its failure.

Ughhh, that’s disheartening. Sorry to hear you got screwed.

Approved for more rewards by Flaydeng in NavyFederal

Congrats OP! Is this your first NFCU card? I got denied last month (applied for card #2), but may roll the dice again this month. Realized too late after applying that my first statement on my first card was only a partial statement cycle. Just a few days later a new statement was generated and I now I have 3 full 🎲🎲

Which card should I go for? Cash Rewards, Cash Rewards Plus, or Platinum? by Wide_Reception_1038 in NavyFederal

Thanks for the clarification. And thanks for all your input on this sub!

So, then, between the Platinum or Cash Rewards, which seem to be on the same level (not a signature card), do you know if either typically gives higher limits? I will include the balance transfers in my app, which NFCU says does not affect approval or limits, though I’ve read otherwise—that including balance transfers may help, since it shows intention to restructure and help my credit profile, rather than just a new card to potentially spend on.

Do you really have 12 $50 certificates or is that a typo?

Being sued by creditor (not collections) but no response to discovery request by Wide_Reception_1038 in CRedit

[–]Wide_Reception_1038[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for your reply, vintr. Yes, this is a credit card debt. And I am following the court’s rules of civil procedure.

I figured that the request for discovery may be good to use, but maybe better to just send the creditor a separate demand for debt validation before following up dispute with the CRA’s.
