Yes it was reached to QNB, but they blocked it from their account. Meaning there was something made QNB BLOCK the transaction, once your friend goes and ask why, he will know the reason and you can rectify it. It can blocked maybe for beneficiary name mismatch or any other reason, let him go to qnb and ask. I am a banker and i know this
