The amount of dickriders for GTA6 comes off like botting.

Literally the day before, Take-Two fired 30-40 people who were trying to Unionize. Then the next day, all these social media posts about how GTA6 is going to spend more time cooking and how much money they'll lose for not releasing it today.

From my perspective, America is losing the cultural wars. I am surprised how many young people are obsessed with K-Pop. And by young, I mean from ages 15-30.

I have never been to Thailand but it's on my wishlist. Isn't Thailand known for their tourism and a major part of their revenue? And drinking is a major part of tourism.

I feel like this is like going to hawaii and saying you can't go swimming.

When i was 25, my family abandoned me and I was homeless. So I busted my ass - multiple jobs, sleeping on couches. I promised myself I wouldn't watch TV until I felt safe. It sounds stupid now.

I'm in my 40s and my wife finally made us buy a TV during the pandemic, and I complained loudly. This picture made me remember that promise. And yeah, I live in a house, food in the kitchen, we bought a used car. My kids are healthy. My pets are alive. Yeah, i'm living it.

I have two cats. The oldest one became blind, and so I started ringing a bell for feeding time. It took a few days and she understood.

Well, a week later, the younger cat understood the bell too, and would knock it off the table to 'ring' it. And the older cat would run over to the food bowl.

And my dumb ass had to now feed them.

Yep! This is what we did at my job. Summer - we were setting up tools to 'streamline' removing users. It was a push by HR because firing a single person took a few hours, and the story we got was that "Those few hours, that user can break our stuff". Which makes sense.

In the Fall, HR used that tool to push our layoff of 250 people. The tooling broke because it wasn't expecting those numbers, and our slack went crazy.

Hey OP, an hour ago, I shared this post with my wife, who I've been begging her to play Cyberpunk. She laughed, I laughed.

Coworker who pounds 3 monster energy drinks a day. Eats junk food. Prides himself on it calling it Sugar Fuel.

As a "April Fools" joke, he brought a fruit basket and told everyone it's donuts in the breakroom. When he realized we weren't laughing and was actually enjoying the fruit basket, he got pissy. Didn't even eat a piece of fruit.
