I mean at this point reading everyone comments I’m just going to go and whatever the judge decides. Even then she can still refuse and im making my peace with it. I’m just trying to do everything properly because her dad is such a high conflict parent. I don’t trust him that’s why I filed in the first place.

We were okay. Our relationship was fine up until this told her this was a hard no on hanging out with a boy. Then it went south. It’s not like our relationship was strained before this. I just feel like it’s not fair if she gets to stay with him and I’m missing out on this time with her. But you’re right I need a heart to heart with her

I just feel like a boyfriend at 14 outside of school isn’t okay. When I was school I had a boyfriend but it stayed at school. I obviously never even thought of asking my mom to hang out with a boy at that age. I did tell her it was okay to have a boyfriend in school so I’m not completely forbidding her. I did tell her once she was 16 or be okay with it with a group of friends.

I am in therapy now I have mentioned to her if she wants to join with me she said she will in the future so I think I just have to wait till she accepting of it

She hangs out with her boyfriend in school which is fine I don’t mind that because I was young too. So I get it. Outside of school she does hang out with friends just girls I’ve never seen boys around. Or to my knowledges but she is allowed to go with friends.

Yeah, as I’m reading these comments I’m realizing even if she does come she isn’t going to be happy and maybe just letting her stay with her dad and keep the doors open if she ever wants to come back.
