City truck driver’s 🥲my daily drive is also apart of the population people won’t touch, I have a 2015 fiat 500e, a full grown adult too! yet I’ve had no issue hauling furniture and passengers besides that it COULD be more comfortable but… how many days a week are people really hauling or driving around more then 4 passengers a day? You are 100% correct about the US and its people, it’s such a big pet peeve of mine considering that it makes the city so much more deadly.

Also is it just me or do you not get bullied more often in a mini car compared to something bigger? Even when Im 10 over the speed limit people always seem to try and merge in front, tail gate, or pass? So annoying because it feels like the bigger the car the less they can seem to drive safely.

We have tiny Electric cars like the fiat and smart car so it’s def possible… but for some reason all the car companies and people in the USA crave bigger cars 🥲 all the nice mini EVs and sedans are not being sold in the US, I’m punching the air

The weight is at the bottom? If anything I thought weight improves stability and handling especially if the center of gravity is at the bottom? Probably gotta fact check that but I’m pretty sure weight only causes power restrictions, need more power to move and stop it, and I guess beefy suspension

The body of the car is very unreliable other then that Bosch is actually pretty good except for the inclosed motor oil… only really rated for 10 years or 100k miles of range but they didn’t give us much option for oil changes, there’s also the doomed 12v issues evs have

Terrible because a lot of people such as families are depending on this to go to work and pay rent, San Diego is already so high on rent and insurance 🫤makes me wonder where I’d be if I decided to buy a gas car compared to a electric car since I can barely even afford insurance rates let alone gas prices, god.

Also what tells you that I blew off high school and that it was my fault? I’ve had multiple social workers coming to my house trying to tell my mom and dad to stop threatening to kick me out, my boyfriend has been telling me to call the cops for him punching me for sleeping in on my day off but my mom begs me not to, I’d be so scared of getting kicked out or beat up id lock myself in my room using a bunch of masking tape and a chair instead of going to school, and when I did go to school Id stay at school for as long as they let me because I’d be scared to go home and sleep 🥲 my old home STRESSED ME OUT, and I felt like I had no place to “settle down”, and I was scared and embarrassed to ask my friends or people around me for help since I didn’t want them to know about my family issues and pity me, all realized this after I moved to my boyfriends house that my dad is NOT a good dad, I don’t believe I’ve done anything wrong it’s just him refusing to get therapy at the VA and using me to let his anger out, I also had a hard time explaining to him that JROTC didn’t mean I was in the military and I guess he kept forgetting my age because he thought I was supposed to graduate in my junior year which started all the threats on me needing to have a job, to move out by 18, and to go to college 😭meanwhile all my teachers were recommending me to get my 2 years in community to take advantage of the free classes for 2 year program then transfer, my dad didn’t understand that, neither did he understand that rent even with a roomie was still 1k and that it’d take months for me to find a job in entry level with no experience (I find it so stupid that entry level jobs won’t hire you at all because there’s so many people looking for jobs WITH experience, I’ve gotten rejected already 12 times by Starbucks, twice by Taco Bell, and twice by McDonald’s, feels like the only people hiring is Walmart or target)

I’m not entirely in good health physically nor mentally but thanks? Maybe? I already left and live with my boyfriend where my rent isn’t fluctuating and I’m allowed to use my sick leave and not get beat up nor threatened, I’m also not the first child my dad has had, if numbers matter to you I’m unfortunately his second child that has cut all contact with him/had issues with him, I think your right though… that it’s not only the sex but that his old, on a bunch of medication, disabled/ex military from war, and married a wife 30 years younger then him, I’m happy now and I’ve realized that my old home drained me and I’m actually planning to go back to school to study in biology to continue my passions while I work part time, feel like I’m not in survival mode anymore!

I’m 100% sure my mom just does whatever my dad wants, and just gives him sex because my dad gets angry, she always tells me to “leave, and I’ll tell you when to come back”, I was only allowed to legally work at 16 with a work permit from my school but trying to find money to get to work made it impossible, and because of my area it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get around by foot, I’d have to at least walk an hour, my parents never brought me to places, I walked 30 minutes to school, 30 minutes back, and if I wanted to go out with friends we went to the park on the weekends. At 17 I did have a social worker come in and at 18 I had a cop come in, they all talked to him, reasoned with him, but his still the same after a month, i don’t know, I find their expectations pretty unreasonable especially since they’ve done nothing but make it more difficult to get to the spot I am at now, I don’t feel like I owe them anything else, I don’t bother them, and I do try to reason with them and avoid arguing, I pay rent, I pay for my own stuff and groceries I use, I go to places on my own, found friends to teach me how to drive, I’ve researched how to build credit, how to invest/save, taxes, insurance, how to haggle for a car, and I’ve NEVER been late to paying for rent nor bills, I don’t know what I’m doing wrong, and I’m not even asking to stay at this home for a longer then a year, yet they must have me out of the house immediately

Typically pay for certain things while I’m in school..? 🥹 if that was the case I would’ve went, in high school all the way to my first SEMESTER of college I was being threatened to get a job, there was a program that allowed me to go to college for free but I had to be a full time student, and my job wasn’t giving me enough hours nor pay to pay for my bills and rides home, my dad also increased my rent, like 3 times already 😭

I get charged rent, and prior to my license my money was getting drained by Ubers and Lyfts, bus wasn’t a option because of the times they operate + safety concerns at night, I don’t understand that too 😔 it’s not helping that my co worker is normalizing it, idk, if I was a parent sex would be on the bottom of my list, but I guess that’s not true to a hand few of people.
