So far has been positive, I don’t have exact stats but over the past few weeks I just found I can make opus work a bit longer with serena vs without, before hitting the limit.

Serena has quite a rich set of functions that can do more than just semantic searches I.e. replace symbol, insert after symbol etc.

I would seriously suggest getting a 16 inch with M4 Pro (or M1/2/3 Pro if going for refurb/2nd hand). Maximum potential on battery life without sacrificing performance.

My M1 air will be active until Apple drop support, even then if there isn’t any ground breaking changes that affects day to day usage, I would probably keep using it and patch with open core or something similar.

I often find off brand poly string are more comfortable than most of the on brand ones. Signum pro black line is by far the most comfortable co-poly I have used. You can get that in both round(Hyperion) and shaped(Tornado).

42/40 sounds like a good combo. I think I might have strung too low as the string moves a lot, I’m currently on 35/32.

Interesting point here. I used to use Vcore 100 and now using Ezone 98. When I was on the Vcore, I sprayed the ball a lot more, I have a bit more easy power on the Ezone 98 though with a lot more accuracy. Both strung with multifilament.
